We had a terrible time with maintenence. The apartment was falling apart around us. We had extremely slow response times with substandard repairs when they DID happen. I felt like no one cared until the 1st when rent was due. The carpet had not been replaced prior to our moving in and was in poor condition and the tiles looked like a 5 year old put them down. We moved from out of state and didn't have any other choice but to take the unit we were given when we arrived with our moving truck. The security gate was broken at least 3x/wk and maybe 2x/week there was a guard outside. We had other security issues, as well. The landscaping is cared for at the entrance, only... even our sprinklers are broken. We had trouble with water leaks in 3 different rooms. I will be so glad when our lease is up. I'm counting the days.
