I have lived here for several months now and have had no problems so far. The office is very attentive and helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff is great and take pride in the work they do. They seem to really care about the residents here. The rent is reasonable and I like the location. The property always looks clean and I have had some of my friends look at apartments here to lease. I feel safe here because they have a courtesy officer here at the front gate every night, and he also patrols the property. This is a nice place to live, I am very happy here. When it is time to renew my lease, I will be staying right here.

Perhaps you should try living there a little longer so that you have a true feel for how the place is before you decide to write a review.
