Apt not worth the huge rent increase proposed at lease renewal From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   The complex is quiet, seems safe, but....amenities are outdated, maint. provided is band-aid-like. The quality of the apartment is not worth the price if you shop around. My electric bill here for a one bedroom apartment has been about the same as when I had a house twice this size. My lease is up soon and they are raising my rent from 639.00 to 754.00. I think a 15% rate hike is a bit crazy, so I'm not renewing my lease.
