Things had been reasonable until recently, when a new manager started.
Prices up - service down, in my case - service requests are simply ignored.
The place is falling apart. Cockroaches. Security is nonexistent. On several occasions I have had strangers knocking on my door. The worst part, after you sign the lease, they will start robbing you with all sorts of fees.

That picture is not of 7100 Almeda. 7100 are red brick and gated. Nonetheless, the review matchs and glad to know they are equal opportunity neglecters. Sad to know someone else is being mistreated though.
