Since new management has taken over the apartments, they have made a turn for the worst. The manager, Ms.P, is not attentive and seems to have no managerial skills. Maintenace used to respond quickly, now it takes days and in my case weeks to get something fixed. I beleive that the delay was due in part with the lack of managering by Ms.P.

The apartment staff is very friendly and do as much as they can to work with the residents, but they can only do so much under the managing of Ms. P. Based on that I would give staffing as a unit a thumbs down. Any organization is only as good as their leader.

The grounds have not been tended to in weeks and it looks very shabby. There is no longer a security guard at the gate or walking the grounds. To add insult to injury, the rates have increased. I would not recommend this location to any single female who do not have a gun license.

If you are a current resident, go review Texas Contract Law and get out of your lease.

Couldn't agree more. Management is incompetent. Staff seem to want to help, but it seems their hands are tied. The manager penny-pinches to the detriment of the resident. At first I thought they just didn't care; now I believe they are simply inept. Excuses, excuses, excuses. DO NOT RENT HERE.
