We lived here a year ago and lived there for two years. "We" was me and two other students from UH. It was close to campus, and a decent part of town, and a reasonable rent. There was never a problem with parking, always enough space. When our refrigerator broke it was replaced the same day. When our dryer broke it was replaced the next day. When I broke my roommate's window they replaced it...eventually. I guess they had to order the piece so it took a while. We had a few other groups of students living there so we had a cool community. We used the pools occassionally although I think their way of up-keep on the pool was to throw a few chlorine tablets in their every once in a while. The area is nice and shady. I think our electric bill was a little ridiculous for a small two bedroom. I never felt unsafe. The noise wasn't too bad. The apartments are older but many or all of the units have been remodeled with new appliances and crown molding! It was a good college apartment and fit the three of us well. Any more than that would have been too much. We took care of the roach problem ourselves, but that's mostly bcause we kept forgetting to call the office about it (or too lazy).
