Well where do I began...--- well she is a crock she is always trin to sell me cable(bootleg) one time feeof $80 she even told me that ---- the manager of the property has the same bootleg cabble what kind of business are ther running...she steal packages out of the mail room and sell the to the tenants that are thugish and want say anything...she always tring to get money out of you some way some how...---- she is a ----------- ----- having -----------------------------------------------------------rest...the last girl here was ---------was doing the same thing as well...so is this a ----- house or a apartment complex...No the maintance man told me that it is not their fault that the service is not done in a timely fashion he said if you tell --- and I quote "her --- is lazy and she tries to make it look like she done it but hasn't done nothing and they come down hard on us."...so --- get you trailor --- on the ball and start doing some work...they don't tell us when some one has been rob at gun point because they are use to that type of ----!!!this is the most horrible place to live...and I can't believe I signed another 6 month lease...oh well I out of her in November...

I would like to respond by saying that I am not aware of any illegal cable being offered to residents. We have a contract with comcast cable and we do advertise for them. Maybe there was a miscommunication about the cost of that service. Packages are accepted to the office and are traceable. Because of the volume of personal packages that are accepted in the office we can not ---ume responsibility for lost or stolen packages. I have been employeed at this community for over a year and in that time I have not been made aware of any packages missing from the office. There is always the option to have packages delivered directly to your apartment and signed for by the receiver. We accept packages in the office as a convenience to our residents. The community did admittedly fall behind on resident work orders. This was due to being short staffed with outside maintenance personel. Maintenance requests are taken and reported by all four office personel members. No one team member has this sole responsibility. If you are having a service request pending or a maintenance emergency, or you would simply like to clear up any miscommunication you are urged to contact the office in person or by phone at 713-795-4332.

This would be something Management would say!!! Sounds great but believe me it's not professional in that office at all so please don??t believe everything management says or other tenants for that matter but please use judgment that 9 times out of 10 tenants are correct or quite near being correct. Plus how else would you expect them to respond; by saying yes we do steal and there have been several car break-ins and maybe 1 or 2 robberies... Yah in a honest world we all would love to be told the truth.. But you are dealing with personnel that it is their job to rent apartment, and once you sign that lease well that??s it!!! Or pay the piper!!!
