Do NOT rent here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/13/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   In the past 3 weeks, a woman was mugged at gunpoint in the evening and this morning my husbands car was broken into btwn 6:30 and 8:30 am. After speaking to the leasing manager, we know nothing is being done. The attitude is that "well look at the bright side, no one was hurt and we only had 2 incidinets while the complex down the street had 7". THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. There is an undercover courtesy officer that has different hours every night so criminals dont catch on...apparently this is not stopping them. It would make more sense to have the officer in the evening and morning when the maintenance crew is not there. We filed a police report today but know nothing will be done to protect the residents. We will be moving, largely because we do NOT feel safe. Other than that...parking is terrible...if you get home after 6:30 you have to park in 'the abyss' at the back of the complex. Which makes walking to your apt even scarier at night! The apt itself is great, roomy, cheap, "pretty". The fitness center is pretty bad. 2 treadmills and 2 bikes and some weights. The treadmills are taken from 4:30-7:30. Get there early if you want to run.
