This is the worst place I have ever been to period, I lived in several places before and even my dorm was way better than this crap. Not only you have your apartment BROKEN into but the neighboors are very suspicious, dirty and unconsiderate. The management is awful, totally rude and they LIE to you about everything, the bedrooms stink (mold) they say they'll clean the carpet, never happened, fix things like the bathtub needs a new coat b/c it's disgusting and cracking, once you move in, never happened, if anything was stolen ( bikes and clothes), they said was nothing worse than anywhere else, huge BS, LIE again, it's your own problem and they cannot afford setting a camera in one of the gates that are always open. NOT SAFE for kids and women either, there are always random people walking in and out with no problem. The noise is unbelievably high, either Richmond or the neightbors. Bottom line is: RUN away from this place.

This tenant has no idea what they are talking about. They obviously had anger to vent! Too bad that people like this are allowed to leave ungrounded feedback.
