Andover Richmond Apartments

Used to be good From: ahsmith Date posted: 1/12/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   Used to be good. However, the price has gone up considerably but without any upkeep, no paint, nothing in the common areas. The parking gates are basically falling apart. The management is irresponsible, especially towards newer residents. If you have a maintenance issue over the weekend, forget it. You can freeze to death. Otherwise, maintenance is performed adequately if you ask. Parking is another issue here. Some have assigned parking, some don't. For those who don't have assigned parking, there may be no room to park!!! And no guest parking.
