I have lived here 1 1/2 years. Management is excellent. They know the tenants by name. Maintenance issues are resolved very efficiently either same day or next day. I have a small 1/1 apartment, but it's plenty of space and plenty of storage, hardwoods in living/dining areas, built-in bookshelf in livingroom, central AC/Heat, great location (roughly 5 minutes to 59, 45, I-10...), and a fantastic price for the area. I have LOVED living here. Unfortunately, the apartments are poorly insulated, and I can hear everything in both the downstairs and next-door apartments. The walkways on the second story are wooden, so every passerby sounds like they're wearing combat boots. You can hear everything that goes on outside your door. It wasn't really so bad until the last couple of months with some new neighbors. College-age girls conglomerating to chat on the walkways outside your apartment will drive just about anyone insane after a month's worth. Maybe my luck just ran out. I will definitely pay more to live somewhere with better insulated construction and, if possible, a more mature clientelle.
