Theft is too common

Theft is a serious problem here. When you ask around, it seems like tenants have been a victim. Smaller items have been stuff inside cars and U-locked bikes. More often than not, there is at least one gate OPEN every night due to a malfunction (for parking gates) or the lock mechanism. I'm moving out ASAP.
Noise is another problem here. I have never seen walls transmitting so much sound.
Finlay, guest parking is non-existent. 4 cars for the whole complex!!
