1301 Richmond is a gem, right in the middle of everything...downtown, midtown, museum district, all freeways, etc.

This little complex (approx. 120 units) is quaint, quiet, and well maintained. For the location and quality, it is one of the best bargains in town!

Management is friendly and helpful and they know each tenant in the complex.

For those people that had their car broken into or their bike stolen (at this complex).....don't leave things in sight in your car and learn to lock up your bike properly...duh! In 10 years of living here (didn't need to move because of the price, location, ambience), I NEVER had any instance of a crime on my property (or even an attempt)!

I'll miss living there!

Are you sure you were living there? Everybody was frustrated there! I have no clue how you haven't heard anything! Also, your information is pretty accurate. I was living there almost 5 years but had no idea about the number of units! I am not saying you are affiliated with them but I am just curious! By the way, if you really miss that place, YOU are welcome to come back!
