I lived at Andover's Greeley complex - one of the three they own in Montrose. The price, office staff, and maintenance were wonderful, but the construction of the apartments left little to like. I was in a first floor unit and I could hear EVERY little thing my upstairs neighbor did, from walking to talking to playing music. When approached about these things, he didn't seem to care at all. I know walking is a necessity, but it sounded like he rearranged furniture and stomped all day and night. A few tenant were respectful and courteous, but there were also a lot of younger loud folks, too. The grounds were nice and the apartment was cute, so if you're on a budget and don't mind non-insulated wall noise or creaking ceiling joists, this place is a good choice (or make sure to live on the second floor!).

And PS, that's why in my last sentence I cautioned folks to choose a second floor unit. Thanks for reading.

Its your fault for choosing a downstairs apt.I always choose the second floor.
