I have been living in this apartment for more than a year now. The units on the west side of the complex (such as mine) are adjacent to the post office. If you intend to move to this apartment, I strongly recommend you avoid these units. The trucks start unloading the mail at 2 am and the post office starts its delivery early in the morning (around 6 am). I am usually ok with noises but this one goes beyond my tolerance. The postmen make loud jokes and laugh in the morning and sometimes I feel the delivery truck in almost in my room.
Also the prices since last year have outrageously gone up. The one bedrooms used to be 590$ which was about reasonable for what you get, but now they have increased the rent for one bedrooms to 700$ and two bedrooms / one bath to 850$. I don't think this apartment is worth the rent anymore
