I lived in the Anniston for a couple of months till it flooded. Boy was that a disaster. Everyone on the first floor had to move out. There were only a few vacant apartments on the second floor so they had to do a raffle. Boy was that chaos. Fights broke out. Some people even tried breaking into the upstairs apartments and actually moved there stuff in before the raffle. I was totally not pleased with how the office staff handled the situation they were under. I learned one thing. When the apartment says they have new remodeled apartments with new appliances, etc. That's because all the other stuff got destroyed in a flood. :) Beware. Now I will only live on the second floor. Oh, plus my car was a gonner.
