i feel greenspoint is greenspoint but because it is that the management team target a certain race of people without first knowing the facts. i know personally people whom have been racially profiled and harrassed for being the color they are or discriminated against for the clothing they ware. i have been a resident of anniston for 3 years now and i love the spacoiusness but the quality of the upstairs apartments are not up to grade. i had an incident with the subflooring that was not a welcomed compliant, i had to go as high as the corp office and call and call to get results. the downstairs apartments are great with all the fixings and all new or lightly used appliances because of the frequent floodings. the maintenance staff use to be great and knew what they were doing now after months of not having maintenance they hired someone whom just clocks in and out if you know what i mean. i feel the quality of living went down here when ms. maria and ms. teresa left the property went down as well as when the maintenance staff were also replaced which made the quality of living here go down as well. i am not saying the entire cityview properties are the same as this particular property but who is to say al are not hte same as this one.
