This community is terrible. They do not have maintenance workers to take care of issues when they arise. They often have to shut of water to do maintenance. Trash is everywhere and it's very dirty. The worst part is management is way sub par and deceiving. They will not explain the lease clearly and attempt to trick you into sign the lease and get stuck with it or paying for the rest of the period. Their manager comes and goes and never transfers the knowledge. It totally sucks. Strongly not recommended!
