NOT BAD 4 the $ From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Anniston was a very clean looking property from the street everytime I drove by. One day I stopped by and viewed the model on the property and fall in love with the spacious apartment with the included W/D. So I decided to lease there; this was my first apartment that I ever lived in, after coming out of high school, the management was great and Gilbert was very helpful in the office. When I first moved into the apartment I had a very bad leak in my bathroom, but maintenance did come out the first day and patch it up until the following week. Besides that, like the other reviews say Greenspoint is still Greenspoint, I use to come home and my neighbors would be smoking weed and playing loud music at all times of the night and day, but hey want do you expect it's Greenspoint!
