I have lived here almost 4 years & only the 1st year and a half was okay. All of a sudden they started changing managers all the time, you never knew who's in charge of that office. Parking does suck. I really haven't had any major problems, except at times when my neighboors think they own the place (playing loud music). I'm ready to leave! They used to be "in touch" with the tenants, but not anymore. I did see that shooting that occurred when someone was trying to steal someone else's car. That was scary! I have kids & I don't want them around that. The gate is ALWAYS broken & I've heard from "sources" that they are too cheap to fix it! I've complained many times about the gate & they give the same story that they're going to fix it. Yeah right! On a scale to 1 to 5, 5 being the best, I give this place a 2.5.
