Really that is all I have to say, there is nothing but a ton of trashy people that live there and on my very first day of school at UTI I walk out to my truck to notice that my driver window is smashed out and everything inside was stolen, they even stole my reading glasses! The only thing they didnt' steal was my maglite for some reason. But I lost over a $1000 to the incident. Soo I was happy to leave that place asap. The night that I moved out some black people stole one of the trailers full of tools that were being used to help rebuild one of the walls. My friends father (who is a cop) saw the whole thing and just laughed. He didn't report it because of the crappy help that they gave me for when my truck was broken into. Cops love it there and usually are there everyday writing up a report on a stolen vehicle or broken into car. I highly recommend that you don't even bother getting a pamplet for this place. O ya, if you break your lease, they know how to rip you off quickly!
