I lived at this complex when I was young, we moved there when I was 6 and moved out when I was 8. After reading the other reviews for this complex, I am not surprised at the condition of the "community". I remember two major incidents that happened during my residence at Apache Springs 20 years ago. I remember that somebody drove their car through the concrete surrounding wall, must've been one of those days when the gate wasn't working! I also remember a murder-suicide that I think was sparked by a domestic voilence situation. I am sure that a man murdered a woman by slashing her throat before he walked out of that apartment to shoot himself in the interior of the buildings. Pretty crazy stuff for the early 1980's! I also remember the "security" gate being open a lot! Whomever owns this property should take a real action to attempt to prevent such crimes from occuring. It has been happening for far too long.
