I have lived here for one year. They upkeep of the property is very poor. We went to the pool area and got filthy just from sitting around the pool. There is mold and mildew in a lot of the apartments. I have had two sewage backups and they never come back to fix anything. They have changed managements and I doubt that will improve anything. There is always old furnishings left at the dumpsters. They continuously have water line breaks and at times you will be without water. It is quiet here, but that is about the only plus and plenty of parking. I had a terrible problem with roaches, but I think it was my old neighbors.
