There has recently been a new management take over! And changes are being made daily!
I honestly do beleive that this property will become a great place to live! Its pretty quiet, and there has been police patroling the property day and night! i feel safe here and cant wait for all the changes/work they do on the property. This is what all us long time residents at Apahe Springs have waited for! Right now its not to appealing but soon enough, it will be! This company is working hard to fix all issues! its not there fault the previous company ran us to the ground!
