This website is so one sided. They will allow a resident to say whatever negative comments they want. Even if it all comes from something that the resident did wrong like paying their rent late and being enraged when they are expected to follow the rules and pay a late fee like everyone else. The fact that the landlord is not able to rebut any of these comments unless the PAY THIS WEBSITE is completely rediculous. Not a fair deal at all. All of you out there looking for an apartment, remember this website is extremely one sided. Make up your own mind.
