Came to find out recently that the alarms are totally non-functional. Time Warner explained to me that when the property was remodeled, all the alarm wires were cut. So now, I have to pay 180 bucks for a wireless alarm system. I could have done this across the street. I told management about this problem, they have offered me no assistance or deduction in rent. This is really not a good situation. However, I haven't seen any fleas lately. My doctor also prescribed Tazorac cream for me (75 dollars a tube with BCBS insurance) which is helping clear the spots quite nicely.
