[They never do anyway.] But the exit gate was closed so I decided to try it again & it opened. I pulled through and..there isn't much space so part of your car usually is still where the gate is but it USUALLY remains open. Well, it shut on my car. I know that it says they aren't responsible for any damages - but if it wasn't working - they shouldn't have closed it. Our electric bill has been 530 dollars anyway...but this was an "over the top" kind of thing. After arguing with the manager [it's a new one every month] for the past 4 months something has to be done! I'm going to probably end up trying to sue them for numerous reasons. [not having a garbage disposal or hot water for 4 months is just the beginning of it.]

Anyone else - look somewhere else to live. I promise, you don't want to live here.
