Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2006
I have been here for a little over 4 years. During this time I have had no complaints... Recently I have been overtaken by roaches and rats... Management has been very helpful and has sent the extermanitor.. Sometimes it can take a few days for an issue to be resolved. At one point there was a problem with unruly youths but that has seemed to dwindled.As of today I am considering moving just for the change... It is also hard to get hot water in the building I am in...The water bill can get a little high at times and the electricity was very high recently. All in all The Arbor @ DA is a decent place to live.
