I've never lived in apartments within this price range. Floor plans have large kitchen decent size living room and dining area. The Main problem is too many unsupervised kids. Loud all hours of the day (except if it is too hot they are not outside). Smoking Pot, running, scream, fighting, vandalizing. It is not a place where you would want to "raise" your own children, I find that we keep our kids inside the apartment most of the time so they are not exposed to the others behavior and that just seems a little sad.
It is summer time now and the pool is sometimes open. That is good and bad. It is suppose to be open everyday from 10-10 except on Mondays. With a staff that leaves at 6ish the pool stays open until all the kids want to leave (Not fun if you are trying to get some sleep 11pm and 20 kids are throwing each other around in the pool). For what ever reason it seems the pool is closed normally about 3 days out of the week and that is normally on weekends!
Management has been friendly and helpful when called on. Complex is older and I dont think they have new appliances since they opened. Some parking areas are very dark and in this area that doesnt feel comfortable.
My recommendation is do not come during the morning to see if you want to live here, it will seem to good to be true. Come in the afternoon, after the kids are home from school, Then you will get an accurate taste of this apartment complex.
