New management has helped make this place much better.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
I've lived here at the Arbor for almost two years now. I've seen the problems from the previous management. But since AIMCO bought our complex, I've seen a huge turnaround. The new management is friendly, cooperative and ready to go the extra mile to help you out. I enjoy the freebies, like the fitness center, the coffee bar and the other goodies in the main office fridge (open to residence).
The management is quick to jump onto any problem that has arose. The rent is very competitive for the area and fits my budget perfectly.
