I moved here this past summer, and I think the management has indeed done a great job of renovating and updating this complex. The office staff is great, the grounds are fairly clean most of the time (not pristine but definitely presentable), and the people I live around are very friendly. My only complaints are that the parking is a bit scarce sometimes, and that the pools are not cleaned often enough. Otherwise, this is a great complex with really competitive rent prices. Great value for your money.

Be glad you didn't live here the summer the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) came out and shut down all the pools because of viral diseases in it, from the lack of chemicals because they were to cheep to have a proffessional company come out to clean them. I WOULD TEST THE WATER IF I WAS YOU!!!! unless you don't mind stomach illnesses and diahrea.
