Overall the demographic and quality of apartments aren’t bad. Downside is the parking is HORRIBLE, if you get home later than 9p.m. you have to park at another building far away just to get a spot. The closet underneath the stairs in the loft apartments tend to have a bad mildew smell. Late one night 3 men were LOOKING IN MY WINDOW. My dishwasher ALWAYS left my dishes with sand like film on them. Part of the front office staff is incompetent. I received notices about bogus charges on my account about every 2 weeks, and the lady at the front office was a moron, and couldn't figure out where they were from. The community has pedestrian gates that are ALWAYS OPEN. One time my toilet was clogged, I lived in an apt with 1 BATHROOM; I think that qualifies as something that should be fixed ASAP. I had to call 5 times, and after yelling at the front office, maintenance very rudely stormed in and fixed it, 5 hours after my initial call. And last but definitely NOT LEAST, my rent went from 450 to 660 a month!!!! I realize prices went up because of the hurricane, but please over $200, that's ridiculous. I left in October and have been MUCH HAPPIER SINCE.
