The apartment complex itself is really not bad for the money. We had some ants that never got attended too, but that was about it. We only moved out because the kitchen was too small for our liking and the new Target construction was creating lots of noise. BUT, having said that, the management staff is extremely incompetent. They lost everything we gave them except the rent checks. They lost our notice to move out, they lost our forwarding address for the deposit, they even lost our pet deposit information and ended up counting the check as extra rent money. (which worked in our favor, but it just goes to show how irresponsible they were) The day we moved out, they only had one guy working who didn't do walk throughs, so we had to drop off our keys and couldn't get someone to come look at it. When we gave him the keys, he said that 3 other tenants had done the same thing. FOUR tenants are scheduled to move out and no one is available for a walk through'!'!'! They charged us for needed cleaning and said we couldn't dispute it because we OPTED not to have a walk through! If you're thinking about moving here, I wouldn't disagree, just ask that you get signed copies of EVERYTHING you give them and stay on top of everything yourself.

I can believe that, Had almost the same experience and now they want to charge me almost $600.00 for cleaning, which is bullsh*t, we left the place in great condition-CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. Screw you AMICO!!!
