When I first moved into The Arbors I was impressed with the staff... it was Swiss Village then though. I lived there through their whole construction and it was miserable to say the very least. By the time I moved out it was officially called The Arbors, and the staff had changed. My dealings with the new staff wasn't the best... they didn't seem to care about helping me get everything squared away.
My boyfriend and I lived in the loft style apartment, and had a leaky roof for an entire week (we had to move the bed, and the carpet was completely drenched on the top floor), the "fix it" guy finally did his job after about 3 days. That's not the worst part though. After about 5 months of living there, my car was STOLEN. And less than 3 months later, my boyfriend's car was stolen too. Imagine that. We told management, and they THEN told us that there was theft about the complex. And yet they still didn't warn other residents about all the theft. I could not WAIT to get out of there, and I did my first chance. The only good thing was the price... I liked the "all bills paid"... we were always able to keep it super cold in the apartment. That area of town is bad. I DO NOT recommend it for anyone... it is NOT SAFE. Look else where.
