use to love it with the staff in 05 From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/23/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   I have lived here for about 3 years and the office staff since then has changed i use to love going into the office and chit chat with the office staff they were always ready to isten they would stay late and go the extra mile for you now it seems like you cant get decent help, and the new girls lorie she tries to act like shes your friend but i know shes an fake and the other ones just semm to out of it to know right from left, i wish they would bring the old office staff back so we can begin getting the customer service that is needed. i think it was an stupid move of aimco to move the office staff because they worked well and if there smart they will bring them back because since the new people have started they are moving in anybody with an job there crooks. def would not recommend any one to live ehre, oh yeah did i forget to mention i have been towed an total of 3 times even though i call and get an ext from office staff, but they some how and forget then we have to pay but they expect rent to be on time.
