I hate this place. I never even lived there but I f-ing hate this place. I tried to get a studio there and was denied due to my credit. I had already paid the dep., $200 might I add. After being denied I was "refunded" my money. I went and cashed the check and month later was told that the check bounced and that I owed Ace $230.00. I called the Arbors and for about 3 months those unprofessional dickheads gave me the run around. First they say "call corporate" then when I did they said "call the complex". Finally they paid the $200 but DOWN THE THE ARBORS!!!!!

It???s not the staff that doesn???t care about the residents it???s the company they work for that does NOT care for the residents. AIMCO is only driven by $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. They don???t care for there employees either. That???s why they are not smiling. PHYCO COMPANY

You should be glad you didn't get into the Arbors, THEY SUCK, I lived there 8 years, moving out was the best thing I ever did!!! They lost my rent on several occasions and I paid a pet deposit when I moved in, they harrassed me 6 years later when they said I didn't pay one, because they don't keep records that far back, to find my first lease contract, that showed it was paid. The power would go off for hours and even days, had a water leak in my kitchen from the dishwasher, they said that wasn't the problem and wanted to knock out the kitchen walls to find the problem, I was 8 mo. pregnant at the time, I insisted that it was the washer soaking my kitchen floor and dining room carpet after 1 year of this going on they finally looked under the washer to see one of the hoses was disconnected and spraying water everywhere. Also when we moved out after the 8 years they decided to find bogus things to charge me x-tra for, such as replacing the blinds in every room, when they already replaced 2 blinds in the living room 2 mo. before I moved out, but still wanted to charge me anyway, they were all in beautiful condition when I left, the place was clean, stupid, should have forced them to do a walk through w/ me, but they would never come to do walk through w/ me everytime I requested. Aimco will NEVER GET ANOTHER PENNY FROM ME!!!! so Aimco keep sending your stupid letters, you'll never get anything as long as I live, I dont care if they report me to credit agencies!!, YOU SUCK AIMCO, ARBORS ON WESTEIMER!!!!!!! So in turn, dont ever feel bad about not getting in there, that was the biggest blessing you could ever have recieved.
