I've lived at the Arbors for a year and I can't wait until my lease is up! I've had ongoing maintence problems since I moved in. I've had issues with roaches, drainage issues in my bathroom, my air conditioning half way works, and I went without a phone for over a month due to wiring issues ( my service is through att but the arbors takes care of the maintence of the complex phone lines). I also HATE how the electricity works here (metered) All though my electricity bills are alot cheaper I never can get my apartment at my preferred temp.

On the other hand, the complex is quiet and well kept. I've talked to a neighbor and they also stated they are not impress and will be moving at the end of thier lease. The staff is pretty friendly ( although they messed up on my rent amount. I signed a lease for $559, but my monthly statement say $569), and the new maintence crew seems to be TRYING to get better. If you are looking for a good deal I say go for it, but if you want quality this is NOT the place.
