Management towed mt card and the reason they gave was,I double parked. Why would a sensible management do that.I had parked in between lines the showed ONE picture from one side, that was there proof...he he he....no warning no nothing, just like that Tow resident's Car to make few Bucks in partnership with Wrecker Drivers. Why would a sensible Management or manager would do such bad acts to their own resident.Am counting my days for the lease to expire can't get out soon enough,I do not recommend this place even to my Enemy.

I have never worked with this particular community before, but I have worked in the apartment industry for some time. It seems like the management company wouldn't tow your car for no good reason. Also, there are items in the TAA Lease Agreement that you signed that will point out reasons that they can tow your car, including having expired tags or having a flat tire for a week or longer. If you were double parked and this complex has a problem with parking, then they have a right to tow your vehicle. Often times when I had to deal with a situation, I would try to call the person who's car was in violation but sometimes they would not pick up, or it would be a visitor's car, and I would have to make the decision whether to have other residents upset because they can't park their car because someone is taking up two spaces or tow the person's car.

that might be how you would handle things but it is not how they deal w/ things here, it's all about the $$$$$!
