Everything is wrong here.

Management and office staff are overwhelmed and unable to deal with their business with true care and concern.
Attempted professional attitudes but not enough experience for that kind of follow through.
They have a contract with a towing company and they are here on a 24/7 basis towing. They are always looking for targets and if enough investigating was done on this company, it wouldn't surprise me to find out they are breaking the law in more than one area.
This company only considers their residents as numbers. There is no heart here. They want your money and every dime you have. They are like a strong-armed Mafia.
Maintenance staff is poor and offers inadequate service and results.
Messages are hardly ever returned.
Everyone passes the buck,including management staff.
Stay AWAY from PHASE 3! Very dangerous and unkept.
They say they offer Security and Maintenance Emergency. Hmmmm....
Parking is COMPLETELY inadequate.
They NEVER have the proper light bulbs on hand to keep all the lights on, on the property.
They allow staff to stay on, one in particular, that has been reported several times for being sexually aggressive. He has been reported over and over. They keep him on.
They do not hire well trained personnel for office or maintenance.
It is convenient living here, as far as location; but when it comes to being treated as you deserve to be treated, you will never have consistent access to that type of respect here. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
