This is a lovely complex from the outside, but the management seems intent on destroying it from the inside. The "gates" of this "gated community" are open most of the time and several gunpoint robberies have occurred in front of the residents' apartments in the last couple of years. You will be towed if your tires are on the white line. They refuse to turn on the air conditioning in the fitness center (so what's the point'). There are no hookups in the units for washers and driers so one has to lug the laundry to a very hot separate laundry facility in which, at any given time there are only 6 out of 12 operable washing machines and driers which are all taken up by residents. Take a number. Maintenance is only done if the residents approach the maintenance people directly instead of going through the office. The rent rate is biased toward customers and is very high in comparison to other more amenable communities in the area. As a result we will not be renewing our lease!
