It was great when we moved in. The managment was nice and everything, then after we were here a month the problems began. They became asses and will not address our problems. they dont care about residents and they talk about people. the office is poorly run with a bad manager. My husband had to go in and threaten with the law to get stuff done. Our floor by the door flooded and the windows leak, we even had a leak in our kitchen light. Thats a fire hazzard. The guys fixing up said its not a big deal our problems wernt that bad and its not leaking now. Well no duh how is it going to leak when it hasnt rained in like 2 weeks' Doesnt take a genius to know that one. The neighbor had a roof leak for 3 years and they never fixed it. Her carpet stained and they didnt care. They half ass cleaned it. the maintence guy well one of them flirts with every girl here and it gets uncomfortable to the point I hate walking by him. Do they care' no. The washers and dryers dont work, the safe gaited community' well the gaits never shut so we have illegals over here using our pool at all hours of the night. It gets old fast. theres kids unattended at the pools, thats real safe they might not get hurt. People dont watch their kids. Its ridiculous. Plus theres never parking. My husband works late and never has a place to park. we are thinking of breaking the lease and getting out. theres way better places.
