I lived here for over two years in a one bedroom townhouse near the office, and I didn't move until I HAD to. I got a new job in South Houston and the commute to work was getting ridiculous. Even after being in another place, they're still my favorite; especially the apartment workers. Lori is the BEST! The manager is very understanding. He's not one of those managers that will automatically take up for his employee and assume that the resident is at fault. He'll talk things out and figure out where the problem is and help you. I know because it's happened to me before. Their landscaping in the apartment community is pretty for being on one of the busiest streets in Houston. They even have banana tress. I moved into a sister apartment and this place is a dump compared to the Arbors.

i was currently employed there and my advice to all the residents there is to run like hell... the are the same people that own 7979 down the street. serious i left because i couldnt keep lieing to the residents and new move ins. the truth is they know ---- about anything. they still call me to ask questions and im no longer there. LMAo and it was so easy to get into those apts when the company first merged, it was isnt even funny. everyone stays there the third section has pipe leaks and sewer issuse its ridiclious. run!!!!!!!
