For one thing the management is horrible!! My ceiling in the bathroom was leaking and I called to get it repaired, and 4 days latter someone finally cam out to check it out. Everytime I try to call the office the phone rings and rings and I have to end up leaving a message.But if I walk over there everyone is standing around talking and the manager is sittin at his desk....very lazy people.This is all been happening ever since aimco got bought out and now there is new management.It seems as if they don't care about their residents and its very sad. Before this change of management I never had this problem.
This complex has tons of roaches everywhere!! Big and small they are always coming out at night stuck to the walls especially in the kitchen (and my kitchen is clean).This complex is very old at least 40 years so I guess that's the reason they are everywhere.
Another bad thing about this place is the noisy neighbors.People here are so rude to each other here!! You can even hear conversations going on withing the walls and people snoring..I am 18 yo and live on my own and this is the first apartment I ever lived in and I never want to have to live somewhere like this AGAIN!!! I wish i did a little bit more researching before I chose this place. WHAT A MISTAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bet you did. so sorry this is your first place. they painted OVER the mold in my unit. hope you arent in my old one.

I had the same issue with my ceiling . . they did the exact same thing!

For me they did very proffessional job. I saw they are doing really right job, some times may be longer time. But I saw major changes after new management took over.
