PROS:
Had good leasing agent to get me approved while I had temp job. She was wonderful, of course, she no longer works there for AIMCO management
Good budget place, good location
good apt layout design ( I had a nice tropical garden, pool view)
CONS:
roaches (from neighbors or poor insulation'' - not sure)
bad, noisy, rowdy, skanky tenants
unsafe for residents and property
maintenance jacklegged
pool parties 2 or 3 am during weekday
no patrol
washer/dryers never worked
tv stolen, yanked from wall in gym
computer in business office always down
pool stays dirty and unsanitized for weeks

I am wondering about which management you are talking about. Previous management AIMCO sucks really. Now every thing in order. We have courtesy patrol, maintenance done on time. Things are working out really well here now. I guess you need think before you rating on any thing.
