NEVER MOVED HERE!!, IT HAS GOTTEN SO BAD IN THE LAST FEW MONTHS MORE SO... BEEN TOLD BY SEVERAL PEOPLE THEY ARE GOING TO SECTION 8/LOW INCOME THERE GOES THE NEIGHBORHOOD GOING GOING GONE >>>>>

1.With AIMCO there was NO Courtesy Patrol. Now we have excellant Courtesy. 2.With AIMCO there was lots of Dark spots in the Complex. Now Lighting is great. 3. With AIMCO their maintenance was poor and now every thing is getting fixed. I beleive who ever gave this above -ve rating might be due to economy. And these kind of persons have complaints throgh out their lives but those are not genuine I believe.
