I signed a lease for a year I moved in in July 2008- July 2009.
When I first moved in, AIMCO was running the property, it was very good. Maintenance was good, the staff was super friendly.

The apartments where calm I never had any problems. They where quiet, and calm.
People where friendly and even though I stayed on the street next to the other ghetto apts I never had any car brake ins or anything. I did have a problem with the apt downstairs across from me playing loud music. The courtesy patrol officer would come and tell them to turn the music down, and they did.
One thing bad was that the kitchen had A LOT of roaches. No matter how clean I kept the kitchen L

But then they got bought out by another company & when ever I would call

MAINTENANCE I would have to call over & over again to get something fixed.
Office staff was stupid, they never knew nothing.
The apartments could use a touch up on the paint and they need to clean the side walks.

But the prices are overrated only because they are close to the galleria, you can find something WAYYYY BETTER AND BIGGER & SAME PRICE SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I guess he is frustrated for something else. I am resident too. I saw major crimes when AIMCO managing this place.No Security at that time and now we have courtesy patrol.Somany apartments, laundry mates got broken into several occations in the past. But now I heard lots of crimes in the town but not in this place. Gates always working now before every day some one breaks into.I feel better now than old management.
