If You Want to Settle! Decent Place! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/1/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I leaved there for 24 months. It is an okay place if you want the minimum of everything like quality and luxury. The maintenance team believes in temporarily fixing things only to have to return later to patch it again. This apartment complex has to many issues (ie. The big Rodeo, Reliant Stadium Events and car break ins). As a single person I did not feel comfortable in this place. The aerobics they offer was only when the women felt like coming. The fitness center was a joke. The prices for covered parking or garage was ridiculous. They have several offers of free rent and no deposit because more people move out then in. It is a decent place for a low budget.
