Not So Bad (Knock On Wood) From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/31/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I've lived here for almost 2 years and I can't really complain. Last January some stupid contractor wasn't doing his job properly and caused a water pipe to break during the testing for the sprinklers. Within hours the carpet was removed and we had new carpet within 3 days b/c it happened to be MLK weekend. The contractor wouldnt pay the damages, so after 6 months, Archstone paid it. When we went to re-sign our lease, they gave us the 12 month price for a 6 month lease, which was only a small increase. Its convenient for work and school, but I'm moving once I graduate b/c the location is busy when something is at Reliant.
