They tow their resident's cars, rules are selctively enforced. Management is awful, they argue with me about having maintenace requests fixed. (I say they have never been in my apartment, they claim all the problems were fixed) The gates are always broken, guard is never there. The rodeo makes everything a mess, the constant events at reliant are a pain to deal with. Non residents use the front parking areas everyday and walk to the light rail.
The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbor's conversations. The trash compactor constantly overflows. There are rats running around. People leave trash all over. I hate it hear and cant wait to move.

There are some dirty tenants that leave their trash on the steps of their trash compactor. But there is also not enough security to make people feel safe and to do the right thing.
