I love living here only for the convenience of it..but even then, after my lease ends, I am willing to give up that convenience and move elsewhere. My roomate & I are on the 2nd year of our lease..we resigned thinking things would get better, but they raised our rent absurdly (by $115 dollars/month) and everything else went downhill from there. We have massive roach problems..it is quite disgusting. I come home every night to 2 or 3 roaches. It may not seem like much, but roaches are dirty & carry allergens. The quality of the apartment is not that great either. We have had a lot of things break on us, i.e. toilet leaking, sink leaking, broken closet door, inaccurate water meter. The sprinklers are on..and quite often they never get turned off! I go to the office to let them know that they are still on, and it takes them about 4-5 hours to get them turned off (I'm sure the grass does not need 12 hours worth of watering). Waste of water. Management is also pretty rude. Like everyone else said, there have been numerous break-ins. There are security guards, but I have NO IDEA what they do out there b/c security has been pretty dumpy (someone got shot once, numerous car break-ins). Hope this helps anyone looking to live here.

I agree with you totally. Some of the management team are nice, but I don't think it is there fault that the place is insecure. There are plenty of other rentals in the medical center, that are very conveniently located next to a shuttle route. I am also planning on moving out very soon do to the same reasons.
